Our vision is to create a fully automated, lights-out machining cell centered around a DMG Mori NTX1000 Mill-Turn, with 100% automated CMM inspection and modern software connecting everything from the front office to operations. What You'll Do:
*CNC Programming: Program, optimize, and validate for a state-of-the-art DMG Mori Mill-Turn Center. Generate detailed setup sheets, tool lists, and manufacturing documentation.
*Research new solutions: Autonomous Machining is dedicated to continual improvement and innovation. Working with vendors and tooling companies to bring in new technologies to push our industry forward.
*Operate and Set Up: Skillfully operate and set up CNC Mill Turn machines to produce high-precision components with exact specifications.
*CAD Integration: Utilize CAD software to interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings, translating designs into precise, high-quality parts.
*Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical and operational issues, ensuring machines run smoothly and efficiently.
*Quality Control: Inspect and measure finished products to verify they meet stringent quality standards and specifications. Learn to program and operate CMM machines.
*Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
What We’re Looking For:
*Experience: Proven experience as a CNC Mill Turn Machinist with a strong background in machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
*CAM Skills: 1+ Years with Mastercam is preferred.
*Attention to Detail: Exceptional mechanical aptitude and precision with a keen eye for detail.
*Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
*Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage changing priorities. Be involved in all aspects of the business.
