We’re looking for motivated, hands-on individuals to join us as Prepreg Layup Technicians, and no prior experience is required! If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn a high-demand trade, we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a Prepreg Layup Technician, you’ll be part of a skilled production team creating high-performance composite components. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing molds and materials for composite part production
- Carefully laying prepreg (pre-impregnated composite fibers) into molds following detailed instructions
- Trimming, cutting, and positioning materials with precision
- Working with hand tools and specialized equipment
- Inspecting your work to ensure top-quality results
- Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area
- Collaborating with teammates and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications and Requirements

You don’t need prior manufacturing or composite experience. We provide structured, on-the-job training to teach you:
- Composite material handling
- Blueprint and work instruction reading
- Quality standards and inspection basics
- Industry best practices in advanced manufacturing
If you bring a strong work ethic and willingness to learn, we’ll take care of the rest.
