There is no cost to participate in this event. But registration is required and space is limited to the first 15 employers.

Join Oregon State University for an exciting opportunity to connect with hundreds of engineering and science students, from first-years to PhD candidates, interested in careers in aerospace. 

Share your company’s story, internship programs, and job opportunities in a dynamic and engaging setting.

Event Schedule

10:00–11:30 AM | Employer Set-Up
Arrive early to set up your company display. We encourage you to bring signage, tablecloths, and swag to showcase your brand. One table and two chairs will be provided. Lunch for employers will be available from 11:00–11:30 AM.

11:30 AM–12:00 PM | Student Check-In & Lunch
Students will check in, grab lunch, and take their seats for the panel presentation.

11:55 AM–1:00 PM | Panel Presentation
Each participating employer will have 1–3 minutes to present a brief overview of their company, industry insights, and career opportunities. Slides are welcome and encouraged.

12:45–1:00 PM | Student Q&A
Students will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage with panelists.

1:00–3:00 PM | Networking Session
Connect directly with students at your table to discuss your company, internships, and job openings.
