This special event offers a unique opportunity to learn more about our programs, connect with our team, and see firsthand how we support individuals living with mental health conditions and justice involvement through employment and behavioral health services. 

Bridgeways is an employment-focused social enterprise providing behavioral health, reentry, and vocational support to help individuals achieve stability and independence. As part of our commitment to meaningful employment, 50% of our manufacturing workforce is comprised of mission-based employees—individuals with lived experience who are actively rebuilding their lives through purposeful work.
