Founded in 1991, Pathfinder Manufacturing is a leader in precision machining, mechanical assembly, and electrical assembly of high-quality parts and equipment for a range of industries, including aerospace, space, and defense. As a social enterprise nonprofit 501 (c)(3) manufacturing company, we provide vocational skills training to at risk high school juniors and seniors challenged by disabilities and/or socioeconomic disadvantages to facilitate their respective journeys into the future work force.
