Workforce Action Summit: Advancing Regional Talent Strategies

Snohomish County's aerospace and advanced manufacturing, healthcare, and maritime industries are growing fast, and the talent pipelines feeding them are under real pressure. 

On November 18, the Workforce Action Summit brings employers, training providers, and industry partners into one room to see how the local workforce ecosystem fits together today, and help name what's working and what isn't. 

If you hire, train, or build pathways into these industries, this room is for you. Year 1 of a multi-year initiative, presented by The Boeing Company, Kaiser Permanente, Optum, and Premera Blue Cross, in partnership with Snohomish STEM Network.
